Assistance Dogs

In accordance with Law No. 15/2018, the Falésia Hotel accepts assistance dogs that are properly identified and accompanied by the respective legal documentation, which must be presented at the time of booking and during the check-in process.

Their continued presence implies compliance with current legal regulations, particularly regarding hygiene and safety.

Emotional Support Animals
Emotional support animals are not recognized as assistance dogs under Portuguese law and are not covered by the same access policy.
